Elite Fitness Trainer Angelique Millis will be appearing at the Lucy store in Aventura Mall for "Fitness Friday" on December 10, 2010 at 6:30 pm. She will be teaching a FREE "Fitness Fusion" class and answering all of your health and fitness questions!

Angelique is a certified fitness professional, author and lifestyle coach living in Miami, FL. She is a weight loss success story who combated her vices by losing 40 pounds and 5 dress sizes and is dedicated to helping other transform their lives through fitness!
